Parents as Teachers

We had yet another important meeting with Ms. Cornelia, our PAT. She's over the moon amazing and our family just adores her. Makenna loves playing with her and seeing what fun games she'll bring, as well as looking at her family pictures that she carries with her in her planner. And now- Mr. Bennett was able to meet her...he loves her just the same! She brought over a counting book and Makenna basically counted all the way to 30! We had no idea she knew how to do that. We work really hard on 1-20, but thirty- woah! Looks like homework entails writing letters, drawing shapes, and recognizing numbers. Bennett needs to focus on an object and track it, as well as cross his midline. We're on it, Ms. Cornelia- Thank you! :) Looking forward to another visit in January!
