So folks- a super-duper successful three-day holiday weekend was had here at Casa Dohrmann . If I remember correctly (which may not be the case), it seems to be that most Memorial Day's are a total let down....and I mean weather wise of course. Not this one, though. Just absolutely gorgeous. 85 degrees with gobs of sunshine. The perfect weekend really. We were able to get some things done around the house, play in the pool, have a date night, and grill out with some friends. 100% fab.
These pictures were taken tonight at sunset. This is the view off of our back deck. In honor of Memorial Day and our fallen troops, soldiers, veterans, servicemen/women...take a look at this. This is what you fight for- and this is why we're so very grateful.
