Adults Weekend in MN

Ben and I went to see his younger sister and her hubby (Sarah and Adam). They live just south of Minneapolis- what a great time! Ben's first cousin, Paul and his wife Mindy celebrated their 5 year anniversary with us too!

We grilled out on Friday night and went to the horse races. I won big. B-I-G, I tell ya! A dollar sixty! You would have thought I'd won $10K. Dancing at some hole-in-the-wall bar and we called it a night. So! fun!

Do you see my winning horse in the back?! His name was Corona...that's why I chose him! Duh.

Saturday was perfect too. We were able to meet up with our good friends the Robb's, (I've pointed out her blog before- it's attached) and saw where they live. That place was amazing!!!!!!! If I could hire out that interior designer, I'd have the best house on the block- by a long shot! Loved it.

We also galavanted around downtown with all the other cah-razy soccer fans, or at least people that acted like they were fans. I think they just wanted to party, but whatever. We had a great time, even if it was in the rain.

Then we went to dinner at the coolest place- I'd totally recommend it! Chino Latino- great food and awesome atmosphere! Saki bombs came with the head band, so we played along of course! You can imagine they had to twist our arms...


Aunt Sarah was lovin her Virgin Mojito...she's one with child. :)

An awesome adults weekend was had by all six of us- can't wait to do it again!
