We took Cali to get her hair shaved off. There's a first for everything. She gets so clogged up with fur that we thought this might help. We'll see. She is acting fine and seems content with her new do.
We also went to the Studio Movie Grill at Zona Rosa. Her ticket was a buck, and mine was two. We ate some lunch and enjoyed the movie KungFu Panda. I love Jack Black. School of Rock is one of my faves. Cute movie and a great place. Well worth the time!
Then we met up with my Dad and went down to the Union Station. The Dinosaurs were on exhibit, so that was cool. I thought it might be a lot of bones, but they were actually contstructed dinosaurs, life size robots. She watches Dinosaur Train every once in a while and made a few connections. Making connections- a reading strategy! :) Yippee! She'll access that prior knowledge and add to it. Love. that.
We also saw the trains.
A big day. Out for the count!

i love how you measured how tall you were at the museum. isn't it crazy that there were shorter dinosaurs? i always thought they were so huge!
